Our nature inspired 3 bedroom walk-out basement apartment sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 guests. This unit includes an open living room/kitchen area, a covered deck and patio set, a fire pit and charcoal grill, 3 queen beds, a sofa-sleeper, a fully supplied kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, starter soap, toilet paper, and paper towels and all cooking supplies with utensils, plates, silverware and cups. All linen is included. Guests can relax on the back covered deck after a long day of floating on the river, cook a full meal in our kitchen or on the provided charcoal BBQ grill. After eating, the family can watch a movie, play a game of pool before settling down for the night in a modern, comfortable, queen bed to the soothing sounds of nature.  The river access is only 1/4 mile down the road.  Guests need to bring their own food, charcoal, shampoo and conditioner.
