Weekdays: $160 (Sunday-Thursday)
Weekends: $210 (per night Friday - Saturday)
Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends).
Notes: Rates are based on 4 guests: add $25 per night, per additional guest over 5 years old. 5 and under are free. Treehouse not recommended for small children under 5.
A refundable $100 damage fee will be added to each total reservation bill to be refunded after 7 days.
Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet per bill.
